• Once disembarked, the passenger will have a maximum waiting time of 45 minutes at the agreed-upon location to begin the tour.
2. Payment Methods
• To confirm the reservation, the passenger must pay a deposit as indicated at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance must be paid in cash before the start of the excursion, that is, before boarding the vehicle or boat.
• Payments are not accepted during or after the tour.
3. Inclusions and Exclusions
• Entrance fees to nature reserves, national parks, meals, or other additional services are not included in the base price of the tour, unless explicitly quoted and coordinated in advance by the seller.
• If these services have been booked, they will be referred to as ADDITIONAL services and must be paid in full after booking.
• If the service cannot be provided due to weather or logistical reasons, or due to the passenger's failure to comply with the schedule, no refunds will be issued for the pre-booked (ADDITIONAL) services.
4. Language Request
• The request for a guide in a specific language must be made at the time of booking (subject to availability).
• If the requested language cannot be guaranteed, every effort will be made to provide alternative support (such as a translator, for an additional fee or in collaboration with the main guide).
• If this is not specified at the time of booking, service in that language cannot be guaranteed.
5. Rules of Conduct and Safety
• Passengers must follow the instructions of the accompanying guide at all times, who will ensure the safety of the group and the proper conduct of the tour.
• In the event of noncompliance with the rules of conduct or safety, the company is not responsible if the passenger misses the return trip or is prevented from continuing the cruise.
6. Safety Modifications
• The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary or even suspend part of the service if it deems that:
• The physical or emotional well-being of passengers could be compromised.
• Weather or sea conditions prevent the planned itinerary or a safe return trip.
• These decisions will always be made in the best interest of the client and offering possible alternatives.
7. Schedule Compliance
• It is essential that passengers arrive punctually at the established meeting point.
• In the event of a delay attributable to the passenger, the company does not undertake to wait beyond the stipulated time or to refund money for unused service.
8. Legal Responsibility
• Madryn Shore Tours acts as an intermediary between the passenger and the land and sea transportation providers. • The company is not responsible for:

• Missed connections after the tour.
• Personal belongings left in vehicles, boats, or areas visited.
9. Force Majeure
• In the event of cancellation of the service due to force majeure (adverse weather, closure of protected areas, health emergencies, etc.), the option to reschedule will be offered or, failing that, the amount paid will be refunded except for those expenses already incurred (tickets, meals).
10. Acceptance of Terms
• By making a reservation and/or paying for the service, the passenger declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all the conditions detailed herein.
